Looking for a roommate to share a sunny, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Bath Beach area of Brooklyn. The room is unfurnished, except for a TV and alarm clock. The room does not have a built-in closet, but I put a stand-up closet in there for your use. This is a 4 floor walk up, no elevator. I am 5 blocks walk to the D train at the 20th Avenue stop, 4 blocks from major shopping area on 86th Street, 2 blocks from Keyfood foodstore and the local precinct, and on the same block as a laundrymat (no laundry facilities in the building) and dry cleaner.
I am including all utilities in the rent cost: Heat, Hot water, Gas, Electric, Phone, Cable Internet or Wifi and basic cable TV service. There are no pets allowed by landlord. I will need 2 references and a letter from current employer stating how much you make or 6 months of bank statements. Signed agreement will be required for move-in. This is a 1 year minimum room rental with option for extension. 1 month rent and 1 month security deposit (equivalent to a month's rent) at move in. Available Nov. 1.
