Seeking a roomate that keeps kosher in Sunny Isles Beach. Great location with a view of the ocean and Oletta River State park. The apartment is fully furnished including the room, so you don't actually need to bring anything with you! Just come with your suitcases and move in! The place was recently renovated and all the furniture is new and in a great condition! Asking $800 OBO with a parking spot included for no additional charge! high-speed internet and cable TV is available. WASHER AND DRYER in the apartment!!! The apartment is very spacious with a huge living room and a balcony; it is 2bed/2bath place so you'll have a room and a bathroom. Gated community. Building has a swimming pool. Need a roomate starting Dec 1st, but moving in date is negotiable. You do not need to sign any lease, so you can come and leave whenever you want! No association or housing approval needed! I don't care how religious are you or even if not at all, I'm just asking to keep kosher in the apartment, since everything is kosher now. Please no pets other than fish.
