Hi! I'm a 26-year-old grad student at Columbia (Teachers College). I also work partime as a Hebrew school teacher. I'm responsible and serious, but also very friendly and sociable. :)
I have two pet rabbits (I know, not the most conventional pet!)-- they're very quiet and stay in their cage. I like to cook (when I have the time), so if you're nice to me I might make you dinner once in awhile!
I am looking for a female young professional or grad student who is friendy, financially responsible, fairly clean, and discrete (no blasting music, etc.). You should also be respectful of the fact that I keep kosher (but it's okay if you don't keep kosher).
I don't have a place yet, but I've just started looking around Fort Lee for a 2-3 bedroom apartment in the $1200-$1900 range ($500-$700 per person,depending on whether there are 2 or 3 of us sharing the place).
In case you're not familiar with the area-- Fort Lee is right next to the George Washington Bridge. It takes 5-10 minutes to cross the bridge (lots of public transportation options), and then you're in the city!
